I know this post is 4 years old, but if you're still interested in losing weight, you probably qualify for a GLP-1 like Wegovy or Zepbound at your current BMI. Might be worth looking into if your insurance covers it. I know a lot of people who have claimed it's something of a miracle drug which really helps them. As you know, diet is the most important thing in weight loss - much more than killing yourself in the gym every day. It's all about calories in being less than calories out. You can use a free online tool like TDEE calculator to see how many calories you burn in a day just existing, then eat at a 500 calorie deficit from that. Use a food scale to weigh your portions out, and an app like Cronometer to track calories. This is really the best way to make sure you are in a deficit, and you'll see the pounds dropping in no time, no gym required!

I think your description of "Save Mary" is incorrect. "Save Mary" was the one with the girl trapped at the bottom of a flooding canyon, and the player had to stack blocks for her to climb upon.

The game you describe here sounds more like "Fire," by "Game and Watch," a Nintendo company.
